The 2007 World Goldpanning Championships were being held in the legendary town of Dawson City in the Yukon Territories.

The Dutch delegation counted 5 persons: Ruurd, Gonneke, André, Sam and Esther. The championships provided a second chance to enter the competition for those who lost their gold in the first rounds. For those who didn't make it there was a seperate B competition, which allowed every body to pan at least 2 or 3 times.
